A Lost and Found Legacy: Kathleen Parlow and the Halvorsen Violin Concerto

A short lecture recital featuring Johan Halvorsen's Violin Concerto (1909), which was written for Canadian violinist Kathleen Parlow before being lost and re-discovered in the University of Toronto Music Library in 2015. Elianna Van Raalte presents her research into the history of the composition and premiering performances of the concerto.
