Biography

Michelle Kitsis is a collaborative pianist and arts administrator who is passionate about supporting students throughout their musical journey. She has worked with several renowned arts institutions including the Taylor Academy, The Glenn Gould School, and the Oscar Peterson School of Music; experiences that have shaped her deep appreciation for both music and education.

Active in Toronto’s music community, Michelle regularly accompanies Children’s Choirs, Suzuki Classes, RCM Examinations, Masterclasses, and Recitals. She is inspired by watching students progress musically and refine their artistry.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Music Education, Master’s in Piano Performance, and she is currently completing her Master’s of Education. She is thrilled to be part of the Performance Office at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Music, where she brings together her background in music, education, and student support.
