Research Office Virginia Parker Prize awarded to Dr. Michael Bridge

Congratulations to Dr. Michael Bridge for winning this year’s Virginia Parker Prize! This prize is awarded to a classical singer, instrumentalist or music conductor under the age of 32 who demonstrates outstanding talent, musicianship and artistic merit, and who makes a valuable contribution to artistic life in Canada and internationally. A distinguished musician, proficient on both the acoustic and digital accordion, Dr. Bridge is a DMA graduate from the Faculty of Music, and is currently a sessional instructor at the Faculty in music entrepreneurship.
